Thomson Memory Center works with family physicians, neurologists, internists and other specialists throughout Chicago and the Northwest suburbs.
Thomson Memory Center offers neuropsychology services and the gold standard in dementia assessment and monitoring, plus:
- Assessment and resources for various adult disorders associated with cognitive difficulties, such as adult attention deficit disorders, CNS disease processes (MS, stroke, tumor, etc.) and pseudodementia. We identify and address the subtle problems in cognition that can interfere with a patient’s recovery from a CNS disorder.
- Cognitive fitness/rehabilitation programs incorporating the latest developments in neuroplasticity to restore and/or compensate for changes in thinking. These services are billed to insurance under medical coverage and Saturday hours are available.
- Family feedback sessions that give your patients’ loved ones the time they need to understand the results of the assessment, ask questions and gain access to resources that will benefit the whole family.
- Fast response to your and your patients. Reports for most evaluations are completed and sent to referring physicians – and discussed with family members – within one week.
